Garnish:

How to make:
SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. TOP with champagne.
1 fl oz | Pear purée |
1 fl oz | Cachaça |
1/2 fl oz | Licor 43 Original liqueur |
Top up with | Brut champagne or sparkling wine |
