½ fl oz Licor 43 (Cuarenta Y Tres) liqueur
Top up with Brut Champagne

How to make:

SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. TOP with champagne.


Dust with cinnamon & pear slice on rim


This autumnal champagne cocktail has notes of tart orchard fruit with vanilla and cinnamon laced with grassy cachaça.
