Serve in a Flute glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Pear purée
1 oz Cachaça
12 oz Licor 43 Original liqueur
Top up with Brut champagne/sparkling wine
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Flute glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of cinnamon powder and pear wedge.
  3. SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. TOP with sparkling wine.
  6. Garnish with pear wedge on rim and dust with cinnamon powder.

You can make a somewhat more sophisticated version by mixing equal parts cachaca and Poire William (I used 45 ml of each) and topping up with champagne- if, for example you’re looking for a good wedding anniversary cocktail
