How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Flute glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a FLUTE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of cinnamon powder and pear wedge.

Method

SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
TOP with sparkling wine.

Garnish

Garnish with pear wedge on rim and dust with cinnamon powder.

You can make a somewhat more sophisticated version by mixing equal parts cachaca and Poire William (I used 45 ml of each) and topping up with champagne- if, for example you’re looking for a good wedding anniversary cocktail
