Ingredients:
2 oz Blended Scotch whisky
12 oz Monin Blackcurrant Syrup
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
124 oz La Fée Parisienne absinthe
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan)

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of blackcurrants or blackberry.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
  2. DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
  3. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with skewered blackberries or blackcurrant on rim.
