A delightful balance of egg, spirit and wine. Looks creamy and sweet but is sharp and citrusy.

To prevent curdling maybe just make it a stirred one

A good way to use up the Advocaat to save it staying at the back of the fridge for a year
The Sauve Blanc does water down the advocaat a bit making it not so creamy but the taste was good

No problems with curdling for me.
A delicious lemon meringue like cocktail.

the advokaat broke, making a grainy texture, could be the amount of lemon juice or overshaking it or anithing, tasted quite sour ina good way though

There should be no reason for advocaat to curdle with lemon juice. What brand are you using? I've just made it to check and works well. My only issue is the volume of the drink - half as much would be perfect, or split between two and served in Nick & Nora glasses.
