50 ml | Beef bouillon/Beef Consommé (cold) |
50 ml | Tomato juice |
10 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
10 ml | Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry |
10 ml | Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water) |
1 tsp. | Miso paste |
10 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 dash | Hot pepper sauce (red vinegar-based e.g. Tabasco) |
