Ingredients:
1 12 fl oz Patrón Silver blanco tequila
34 fl oz Ferrand Yuzu Late Harvest Dry Curaçao
34 fl oz Akashi-Tai Ginjo Yuzushu
16 fl oz Agave syrup (agave nectar)
3 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with lime wedge on rim.

Just wondering whether lime juice is missing from this recipe?

listen Lone. i'm with you on this one. i suppose it depends on the yuzushu. i used Choya and the drink was on the sweet side. a little lime would have helped. could possibly forego the agave syrup, however it does bring nice flavour.

I don’t think so as yuzushu already lends a ton of tartness.
