Ingredients:
1 fl oz Ketel One Vodka from freezer
34 fl oz Gherkin/pickle-infused vodka chilled
34 fl oz Gin - Mediterranean style gin from freezer
12 fl oz Strucchi Bianco Vermouth chilled
2 dash Olive bitters
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered gherkin.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into chilled glass.

History:

Created in March 2026 by yours truly and inspired by a cocktail called "Olives on Olives on Pickles on Olives" discovered by friends Chris and Dianne at Little Capo restaurant in Edinburgh, Scotland. The restaurant's version is made with olive gin, olive vermouth, olive bitters, olive brine and pickle brine.
