Spicy Mango Flip

Ingredients:

2 fl oz	Mango flavoured vodka
1⁄2 fl oz	Monin Spicy Mango Syrup
1⁄4 fl oz	Ginger liqueur
1⁄6 fl oz	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 fresh	Egg (white & yolk)

Prepare:

1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
2. RIM glass with Tajín seasoning (moisten outside edge with lime or orange juice and drip into Tajín).
3. Prepare garnish of coin-sized lime zest twist.

How to make:

4. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
5. DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
6. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

7. EXPRESS lime zest twist over cocktail and float on surface.
