Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
12 oz Muscat (Rutherglen) wine
13 oz Birch sap liqueur
23 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
16 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
13 oz Peppercorn syrup 1:1 (homemade)
2 dash Fee Brothers Lemon Bitters
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and frozen grapes.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
  6. Garnish with frozen grapes.
