Ingredients:
1 12 oz Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry chilled
34 oz Pommeau de Normandie apple apéritif chilled
12 oz Orange Curaçao liqueur
14 oz Rosé/rosato vermouth chilled
3 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.

History:

O/ Adapted from a cocktail created in October 2025 by Steven Dragun, the US ambassador for Bodegas Lustau. "Sevivon" is the Hebrew name for a dreidel, the four-sided spinning top played with during the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah.
