3/4 fl oz	Pommeau de Normandie apple apéritif (chilled)
1/2 fl oz	Ferrand Dry Curaçao liqueur

3 drop	Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.

Method

STIR all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.

Adapted from a cocktail created in October 2025 by Steven Dragun, the US ambassador for Bodegas Lustau. "Sevivon" is the Hebrew name for a dreidel, the four-sided spinning top played with during the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah.
