Glass:

Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
1 12 fl oz Patrón Reposado tequila
12 fl oz Ferrand Dry Curaçao
13 fl oz Monin Hot Honey Syrup
16 fl oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
1 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
3 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. RIM glass with Tajín seasoning (moisten outside edge with lime or orange juice and drip into Tajín).
  3. Prepare garnish of lime slice wheel.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

  1. Garnish with lime slice wheel.
