Serve in a Rocks glass
| 1 1⁄3 oz | Tennessee whiskey |
| 1⁄3 oz | *Special ingredient #1 (see above) |
| 2⁄3 oz | *Special ingredient #2 (see above) |
| 2⁄3 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 whole | Egg (white & yolk) |
Garnish: Smoke the drink with applewood and seal jar. Open jar when serving to guest.
How to make:
DRY SHAKE all ingredients and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into small jar. Special ingredient #1: Benriach (peated) single malt Scotch whisky Special ingredient #2: Heather ale syrup (1:1 ratio)
