Ingredients: 40 ml Whisk(e)y - Tennessee whiskey; 10 ml *Special ingredient #1 (see above); 20 ml *Special ingredient #2 (see above); 20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed); 1 Egg (white & yolk)

Garnish:

Smoke the drink with applewood and seal jar. Open jar when serving to guest.

How to make:

DRY SHAKE all ingredients and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into small jar.

Special ingredient #1: Benriach (peated) single malt Scotch whisky

Special ingredient #2: Heather ale syrup (1:1 ratio)
