Glass:

Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
1 fl oz Rubino/Rosso/Rojo (sweet, fruity) vermouth
1 fl oz Italian red bitter liqueur
16 fl oz Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc)
3 drop Bob's Cardamom bitters
1 fl oz Thomas Henry Tonic Water
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel.

How to make:

  1. STIR first 4 ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring tonic water.

  1. Garnish with lemon slice.

Created in May 2015 by Ignacio "Nacho" Vázquez, the Spanish Martini Brand Ambassador. Naturally Nacho originally used Martini Bitter.
