History:

Originally based on Bacardi Carta Blanca, this was the Lithuanian Bacardí Legacy 2013 winning cocktail. It was created by Robertas Janovskis at Sweet and Sour in Vilnius, Lithuania.

"The Original Bacardí Daiquirí is one of my favourite cocktails and offers very versatile ingredients. Some of the greatest cities in the world have their own Daiquiri varieties: Moscow, Tokyo, Sydney, Rio, Kiev, Paris.... so how about a Lithuanian version? The main Lithuanian component of the cocktail is raspberry, which can be found in all Lithuanian forests."

Robertas Janovskis, 2013
