Serve in a Coupe glass
8 fresh | Green grapes (seedless) |
1 1⁄2 oz | Patrón Silver blanco tequila |
2⁄3 oz | Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened) |
2⁄3 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄3 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
Garnish: 3 grapes on stick
MUDDLE 8 grapes in base of shaker. ADD other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into chilled glass.
Perhaps best summarised as being an 'Apple and Grape Margarita', the flavours combine harmoniously in this well-balanced cocktail.
