Ingredients:
12 oz Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo
12 oz Ambrato/ambre/amber vermouth
13 oz Ketel One Vodka
13 oz Rose petal liqueur
16 oz Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord)
3 oz Brut champagne/sparkling wine
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of edible flowers.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with edible flowers.

History:

Created in 2017 at the Beaufort Bar, The Savoy Hotel, London, to celebrate Marilyn Monroe and her stay at the hotel in 1956. The American actress held a press conference at the Hotel where she stayed while in England to film The Prince and the Showgirl with English actor and director Laurence Olivier.

The Beaufort Bar's original recipe calls for an infusion of rosebuds, rose petals and hibiscus flowers and uses Dom Perignon Champagne and a "homemade Aperol Cordial".
