Prepare
- Select and pre-chill a WINE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel.
Method
- POUR all ingredients into chilled glass.
- Use tongs to FILL the glass with ice.

History
A rather obvious recipe by yours truly in July 2026 in answer to misguided folk promoting their "Amaretto Spritz" recipe with amaretto, lemon juice and soda. That's is an Amaretto Sour with a splash of soda, not a Spritz!!
Review
This amaretto-forward Spritz follows the classic 3:2:1 proportions with three parts prosecco taming the richness of the two parts amaretto.
