¹⁄₄ fl oz	Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
¹⁄₄ fl oz	Strucchi Bianco Vermouth (chilled)
¹⁄₄ fl oz	Strucchi Dry Vermouth (chilled)
¹⁄₄ fl oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Pineapple juice (chilled)
6 drop	Difford's Daiquiri Bitters
2 drop	Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or pinch of salt

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Coupe glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

Garnish with pineapple wedge on rim.

Another wonderful Simon difford cocktail!
It was delicious according to the recipe - but I decided (personal taste)to add 5 milliliters of sugar syrup.
