8 fresh | Basil leaves |
1 oz | Ketel One Vodka |
1⁄2 oz | Pallini Limoncello liqueur |
1 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄2 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
2 1⁄2 oz | Thomas Henry Tonic Water |
Garnish: Basil leaf
MUDDLE basil in base of shaker. Add next 4 ingredients (all but tonic water), SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with tonic water and lightly stir.
