1⁄2 oz | Patron Citronge |
3⁄4 oz | Akashi-Tai Shiraume Ginjo Umeshu |
1⁄2 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 barspoon | Plum jam |
1 pinch | Salt (sea salt) |
Garnish: Lime wheel & mint leaf
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
