Ingredients:
14 fl oz Single malt Scotch whisky (Speyside)
1 12 fl oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 fl oz Italian red bitter liqueur
12 fl oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
12 fl oz Amaro (e.g. Meletti)
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Lemon zest twist

How to make:

Fill glass with ice, add single malt scotch and set aside. Separately, STIR other ingredients with ice. Discard ice and scotch from glass and fill with fresh ice (preferably one large cube of block ice). Strain stirred ingredients into glass.

Perhaps my favourite cocktail with zzzzzzzzfz - with 45 ml of it is bound to give a punch. I like to think that mr Difford had already appreciated 3 or 4 of these before sharing the recipe. I already had one so I had to doublecheck that zzzzzzzzfz was really there

I believe zzzzzzzzfz was originally Caorunn Gin and I'm not sure how this very old page is still live. However, I've fixed a gin by name and will investigate.
