1 fl oz Red bitter soda
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist & mint sprig.
  3. POUR ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  4. Briefly STIR.

Red bitter soda (originally Crodino) and Strega make a very tasty and very Italian aperitivo. Go easy on the aromatic bitters.
