3⁄4 fl oz Ketel One Citroen Vodka
3⁄4 fl oz Liquore Strega
3⁄4 fl oz Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur
1⁄2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
1⁄2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1⁄2 fl oz Chilled water/mineral water (omit if using wet ice)

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Coupe glass

Prepare

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

Method

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. Express lime zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
  2. Garnish with skewered maraschino cherry.

Strega and banana liqueur go very well together, and those are the two main components giving flavor, so the taste is completely fine. I don't quite understand the need to not just use all lemon vodka since it's not very pronounced. Overall a good cocktail for Strega and banana liqueur fans (of which I'm both).
