Ingredients:
1 23 oz Bourbon whiskey
56 oz Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur
2 oz Pineapple juice

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Sling glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge on rim.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Flavors follow ingredient order. Bourbon is very upfront, followed by Apricot mid-palate and finishes with the pineapple juice.

It could be just me But this reminds me of brandy butter at Christmas.

You're right. It's taste is reminiscent of brandy butter. Yumm! I've reduced volumes in te recipe above to better fit glass but kept proportions the same. Thanks for bringing to my attention.
