| 7 fresh | Mint leaves |
| 1⁄2 oz | La Fée Parisienne absinthe |
| 1 oz | Ketel One Citroen Vodka |
| 1⁄2 oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
| 1⁄2 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| Top up with | Lemon-lime soda (Sprite/7-Up) |
| Splash | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
Garnish: Mint sprig
Lightly MUDDLE mint in base of shaker just enough to bruise. Add next 4 ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with half soda and half lemonade.
