½ fl oz La Fée Parisienne Absinthe Superieure
1 fl oz Ketel One Citroen Vodka
½ fl oz Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup (Sirop Sucre de Canne)
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
Top up with Lemon-lime soda
Splash Soda (club soda) or sparkling water

How to make:

Lightly MUDDLE mint in base of shaker just enough to bruise. Add next 4 ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with half soda and half lemonade.

Mint sprig
