Glass:

Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
7 fresh Mint leaves
12 fl oz La Fée Parisienne absinthe
1 fl oz Ketel One Citroen Vodka
12 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
12 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Top up with Lemon-lime soda (Sprite/7-Up)
Splash Thomas Henry Soda Water

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.

How to make:

  1. Lightly MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise mint).
  2. Add next 4 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  4. TOP with half soda and half lemonade.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.
