Serve in a Collins glass
| 7 fresh | Mint leaves |
| 1⁄2 fl oz | La Fée Parisienne absinthe |
| 1 fl oz | Ketel One Citroen Vodka |
| 1⁄2 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
| 1⁄2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| Top up with | Lemon-lime soda (Sprite/7-Up) |
| Splash | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.
How to make:
- Lightly MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise mint).
- Add next 4 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with half soda and half lemonade.
Garnish:
- Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.
