History
The India Bacardi Legacy 2019 winning cocktail. Created by Vedant Mehra, who said, "Limitless is a cocktail inspired by the movement for sustainability and the role a bartender can play in reducing the environmental impact of our industry. Limitless aims to be resourceful by utilizing an ingredient which is almost always thrown away: the banana peel.
It derives inspiration from the regional food in South India where the entire banana is cooked and consumed as a delicacy. It is also inspired from the 'Good Spirited' campaign by Bacardi which aims to reduce the company's environmental impact."
