Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
34 oz Metaxa Ouzo
34 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
34 oz Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord)
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime zest twist and skewered raspberry.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Express lime zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish, skewered with a raspberry.

I never thought I would love it, since I am not a Ouzo/Sambuca/Raki fan. But it turns out yummy.
