Prepare

Prepare garnish of cinnamon dust (flamed) and shot of sparkling wine.

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Rich and fuses the tropical summer with the warming winter. But I'd call this something else, it does not feel like just cinnamon whatsoever.
