Ingredients:
1 12 oz Rhubarb flavoured vodka
0.42 oz Monin Lavender Syrup
13 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Highball (max 10oz/300ml) glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of dill sprigs and edible flower.
  3. SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. TOP with soda.
  6. Garnish with dill sprigs and edible flower.

Very fresh and light - a taste of early spring is welcome any time of year.
(The How to Make section is incomplete - although easy to deduce.)
