Ingredients:
1 23 fl oz Rhubarb flavoured vodka
Top up with Ginger ale

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of rhubarb ribbon and skewered candied ginger.
  3. POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  4. Garnish with rhubarb ribbon and skewered candied ginger.

Made with rhubarb flavoured gin and it was quite tasty. Full disclosure: we are rhubarb and ginger fans.
