Ingredients:
1 23 oz Rhubarb flavoured vodka
Top up with Thomas Henry Tonic Water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Highball (max 10oz/300ml) glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of rhubarb ribbon &/or lemon wheel slice.
  3. POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.

Very tasty and refreshing, I had a small stick of rhubarb for garnish - so fresh it came with its own mud! Used a botanical rhubarb vodka from Cloud in the Clouds.
