How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of grapefruit wedge.
  3. SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
  5. TOP with grapefruit soda and briefly stir.
  6. EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.

Review:

With homemade Cinnamon Oleo and fresh ginger juice as ingredients, this cocktail needs a lot of prep to make. Salty grapefruit soda is also not well distributed. If you do then, depending on your oleo, you may find yourself adding a touch more oleo or adding some sugar syrup to balance.
