Ingredients:
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
2 12 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of thyme sprigs or lemon slice wheel.
  3. SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. TOP with soda.
  6. Garnish with thyme sprigs or lemon wheel.

Slightly dissapointing. Pretty watery and tastes more like the sum of its parts rather than anything more
