Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Rutte Celery Dry Gin
13 oz Grüner Veltliner dry white wine
13 oz Celery saccharum (celery syrup)
0.08 oz Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc)
1 dash Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of rest celery stick across rim with a light dusting of celery salt.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
