How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
1 1/2 fl oz | Rutte Celery Dry Gin |
1/3 fl oz | Grüner Veltliner dry white wine |
1/3 fl oz | Celery saccharum (celery syrup) |
1/12 fl oz | Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc) |
1 dash | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
