1 ¹⁄₂ oz	Rutte Celery Dry Gin
¹⁄₃ oz	Grüner Veltliner dry white wine
¹⁄₃ oz	Celery saccharum (celery syrup)
0.08 oz	Suze gentian liqueur
1 dash	Difford's Saline Solution

How to make:

Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
Prepare garnish of rest celery stick across rim with a light dusting of celery salt.
STIR all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
