How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
|1 1/2 fl oz||Rutte Celery Dry Gin|
|1/3 fl oz||Grüner Veltliner dry white wine|
|1/3 fl oz||Celery saccharum (celery syrup)|
|1/12 fl oz||Suze gentian liqueur|
|1 dash||Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)|
