Garnish:

Rest celery stick across rim with a light dusting of celery salt

How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

1 1/2 fl oz Rutte Celery Dry Gin
1/3 fl oz Grüner Veltliner dry white wine
1/3 fl oz Celery saccharum (celery syrup)
1/12 fl oz Suze gentian liqueur
1 dash Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
