Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry
1 12 oz Cockburn's Tawny Eyes Port
1 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

In his 1948 The Fine Art of Mixing Drinks, David A. Embury writes, "Perhaps it would not be too much of an exaggeration to say there are as many Club Cocktails as there are clubs." The above recipe is adapted from Embury's book.
