STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

Dry and incredibly aromatic. A perfect aperitif.

In his 1948 'The Fine Art of Mixing Drinks', David A. Embury writes, "Perhaps it would not be too much of an exaggeration to say there are as many Club Cocktails as there are clubs." The recipe we've used is adapted from Embury's book.
