Ingredients:
1 oz Ketel One Vodka
12 oz Earl Grey tea (cold)
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
Top up with Brut champagne/sparkling wine

How to make:

SHAKE first three ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. TOP with champagne.
