Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
5 fresh Raspberries
7.5 ml Strucchi Dry Vermouth
7.5 ml Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
15 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
60 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Raspberry (framboise) sugar syrup
