7.5 ml | Strucchi Dry Vermouth |
7.5 ml | Strucchi Rosso Vermouth |
15 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
60 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
15 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
15 ml | Raspberry (framboise) sugar syrup |
