1/4 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/4 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water) 65.0°Brix
5 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters (optional)
Top up with Lemon-lime soda (Sprite/7-Up)

Garnish: Lime wedge

Serve in a Collins glass

Method:

SHAKE first four ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with lemonade, stir and serve with straws.

My favourite version of a Lemon, Lime & Bitters. But this cannot be considered an alcohol free recipe. Your own definition says it should be a maximum of 0.5%, whereas the alcohol content indicated is 2.13%. Still not a lot, but something that needs to be noted.

Not 100% non-alcoholic if made with Angostura bitters - only a very small amount of alcohol but worth noting for people who need to avoid alcohol altogether.
