Serve in a Flute glass
1 cube | Sugar cube (white) |
6 drop | Difford's Margarita Bitters |
1⁄3 oz | Elderflower liqueur |
4 oz | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
Garnish: Sprinkle dried rose blossom on the surface of the cocktail
Drip one drop of bitters on each side of the sugar cube plus 2 more drops on the last face [one each for luck]. Drop the bitters-soaked sugar cube into a chilled glass, then pour other ingredients over cube.

Elderflower and dry sparkling wine are a match made in heaven with the bitters-soaked cube seasoning the cocktail with faint bittersweet pineapple and lavender.
