Serve in a Double old-fashioned

Ingredients:
1 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
1 oz Coconut rum liqueur (35-40% alc./vol.)
12 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
1 12 oz Cola (e.g. Coca-Cola or Pepsi)
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Luxardo Maraschino Cherry on pick

How to make:

SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice. TOP with cola.

Perfect sweet drink for brunch

Very nice afternoon or lunch cocktail. We did use our own coconut rum which is not sweet and higher proof than the liqueur. Resulting cocktail was sweet enough to be a sipper, but the flavour of the rum came through.
