Glass:

Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
4 fresh Blueberries (fresh)
4 fresh Blackberries
4 fresh Raspberries
4 fresh Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe)
2 fl oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
1 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
Top up with Ginger beer
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of seasonal berries.

How to make:

  1. MUDDLE berries in base of shaker.
  2. Add next 3 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
  4. TOP with ginger beer.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with seasonal berries.

Fruity, but not really unique. Not overly sweet, but I’m not finding anything special here. Ginger beer stands out. I wasn’t impressed, but it’s all a matter of taste.
