How to make:

MUDDLE berries in base of shaker. Add next three ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice. TOP with ginger beer.

4 fresh Blueberries (fresh)
4 fresh Blackberries
4 fresh Raspberries (fresh)
4 fresh Small ripe strawberries (hulled)
2 fl oz Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum
1 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup)
Top up with Thomas Henry Ginger Beer
