How to make:
MUDDLE berries in base of shaker. Add next three ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice. TOP with ginger beer.
4 fresh | Blueberries (fresh) |
4 fresh | Blackberries (fresh) |
4 fresh | Raspberries (fresh) |
4 fresh | Small ripe strawberries (hulled) |
2 fl oz | Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum |
1 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Sugar syrup (rich) 2 sugar to 1 water |
Top up with | Thomas Henry Ginger Beer |
