Ingredients:
1 23 oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
5 oz Mediterranean tonic water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare lemon slice wheel garnish.
  3. POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  4. Briefly STIR.
  5. Garnish with lemon slice wheel.

Review:

Sharp sherbety zesty lemon and tonic water – it's hard to imagine a more refreshing mix for a summer's day. This drink tastes good with regular tonic water but tastes so much better with Mediterranean tonic water.

Very refreshing, but if you want to elevate it just a bit, try adding a barspoon of herbal liqueur (I used Shaman by Sivo) and maybe even a barspoon of Midori for a touch of color. Garnished with a sprig of fresh bush basil.
