Serve in a Martini glass
| 1 fresh | Lemongrass stem |
| 2 oz | Absolut Lime Vodka |
| 1 oz | Krupnik spiced honey liqueur |
| 1⁄4 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) 2 sugar to 1 water |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
- Prepare garnish of lemongrass.
- MUDDLE lemongrass in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- Garnish with lemongrass.
Review:
Like Finland, this drink is clean, green, wooded and safe, but deep down there's plenty of spice.
