Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack
1 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
1 12 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
  3. SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. TOP with soda.
  6. Garnish with lime wedge.

A great cooling and refreshing cocktail. Great for anytime and would be wonderful on a day you just want to relax. All the flavours work well together. On the tart side, but a great sipper.
