¹⁄₂ fl oz	Orange juice (freshly squeezed)

Method

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge & Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
SHAKE all ingredients with ice.

There is another cocktail with the same name by Tad Vogler, S.F.. The components are:
1 1/2 ounces Calvados,
1/2 ounce yellow Chartreuse
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce pineapple gum syrup

Drink needs lime to balance it out. I added about 1/3 oz lime juice and a touch of orgeat for balance
