Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
13 oz Disaronno amaretto
13 oz Southern/Louisiana-style whisky liqueur (e.g. Southern Comfort)
56 oz Pineapple juice
12 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge & Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

There is another cocktail with the same name by Tad Vogler, S.F.. The components are:
1 1/2 ounces Calvados,
1/2 ounce yellow Chartreuse
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce pineapple gum syrup

Drink needs lime to balance it out. I added about 1/3 oz lime juice and a touch of orgeat for balance
