Competition winners are announced!
Passoã passionfruit liqueur is one of the original ingredients Douglas Ankrah used when he created the Porn Star Martini in 2002. His cocktail has become a contemporary classic and for a second year, Passoã sought to find new distinctive versions through this competition.
Congratulations to the two winners and two runners-up who all win cash prizes.

Bartender winners
Winner: Louis Powlett, the venue manager of Renard cocktail bar & social club in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia wins €1,000 Euros for his Poolboy cocktail.
Runner up: Gizeth Franco of Mjølner Restaurant in Melbourne, Australia wins €500 Euros for
her cocktail Witch Spell cocktail.
Home cocktail enthusiast winners
Winner: Sergii Shevchenko from the Netherlands wins €1,000 Euros for creating the Mexican Passion cocktail.
Runner up: Wade Andersson from the USA wins €500 Euros for creating the Deck the Palms cocktail.
Judging criteria
The most delicious yet easy-to-replicate recipes received the highest scores, and as a cocktail's name greatly influences its popularity, the name of each cocktail also greatly impacted the score. Points were awarded as follows: Taste = 40%; Name = 20%; Ease to replicate = 25%; Photograph = 5%; Originality = 10%.
