| 1⁄3 oz | Passoã passion fruit liqueur |
| 1⁄3 oz | Absolut Vanilia Vodka |
| 1⁄6 oz | Monin Vanilla Syrup |
| 1⁄4 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 3 oz | Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco |
How to make:
Cut a fresh passion fruit in half and scoop the seeds and flesh into shaker. Add next 4 ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with sparkling wine.
