Appearance:

Clear, deep coppery amber with burnished copper glints.

Aroma:

Lightly spiced oak with delicate peat smoke and coal tar with candied orange peel, faint fresh green apple and fudge.

Taste:

Smoky dry oak with dried fruit, apple and a pinch salt.

Aftertaste:

Peat lingers with cinnamon and white pepper.
