Ingredients:
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
34 oz Giffard Peppermint Pastille crème de menthe
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of mint sprigs bouquet pegged to rim.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Review:

Looks the part but is one-dimensional with gin-laced cleansing mint and citrus. Perhaps better with the addition of 2.5ml (½ barspoon) sugar and 3 dashes absinthe.
