A gin-laced mastiha-led after-dinner refresher made even more refreshing by a gentle burst of mint.
Adapted from a recipe created in 2022 by Jason E. Clapham at the St. Edward's MCR at Oxford, England who describes this as "A Greek South Side, named after the god of the south wind."
