Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 fresh Fresh ripe peach (skinned & diced)
1 12 oz Rose petal liqueur
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
Top up with Brut champagne/sparkling wine

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of peach wedge.
  3. MUDDLE peach in base of shaker.
  4. Add next 3 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  5. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  6. TOP with soda and briefly stir.
  7. Garnish with peach wedge on rim.

If using peach purée in place of fresh peach then omit the sugar syrup.
